Title: Engineer IV or Engineer V, Central Region Transmission Services Engineer
Description: Perform as primary technical liaison. Plan, develop, and initiate customer related capital construction projects. Facilitate transmission activities in support of customers. Analyze technical issues and recommend solutions to customers. Negotiate solutions with other entities to meet customer needs.
Education: B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Engineer IV - Six (6) years with an electric utility or four (4) years with an electric utility and a P.E. License.
Engineer V - Eight (8) years with an electric utility or six (6) years with an electric utility and a P.E. License
Equivalent Experience:
Special Skills/Knowledge: IBM PC proficiency; excellent interpersonal skills; good understanding of power systems analysis; good oral and written communication skills; good understanding of engineering economics.
